Friday Favorites

ONE

BELLA.....our new little Yorkie!  I have always wanted a little Yorkie, and well, she was my Christmas gift from Mark...and I am pretty smitten with her...we all are!

The first two days, Chico was NOT a fan of this new animal in the house...but now they are pretty much BFF...it is so much fun watching them play together!

TWO

Last year Harrison was not with us on Christmas, and it was HARD....so this year having all 5 of my kiddos home, under one roof, around the tree Christmas morning is my absolute favorite!

THREE

Santa coming is always a favorite for us!  Putting all the gifts under the tree, and just sitting on the couch, watching a Christmas movie and enjoying the calmness of the moment is my favorite!

FOUR

My computer stopped working last month, I only had it for two years so I was pretty disappointed, I looked into getting it fixed, but from a financial standpoint it just did not make sense.  So for Christmas from my mom, I got a new MacBook Air....I have had it now for a few days and I am really liking it so far!  My new computer and my mom......favorites for sure!  And having my mom here for a few days is also our favorite!

FIVE

This overnight French Toast casserole has been on repeat here!  It is super easy and super delicious.  I'll be sharing the recipe with you guys next week!

SIX

It seems like overnight Olivia has really grown up...yea it makes me sad some days that my "baby" is growing up, but watching her change and and grow is definitely a favorite of mine!

SEVEN

Summer temps in December is NOT my favorite, but these two love it!

It's Good To Be Back

Hello There Ladies!

Gosh....it certainly has been FOREVER since I have blogged, but I am super excited to be back!  Thank you to those of you who sent me emails and messages, checking in on me, I just love this little community of friends!  

Life has been so crazy busy around here, I had some things going on, and just needed to really concentrate and focus on my family.  

But life is back to normal now, well as normal as it can be....and I am super excited to be back blogging!

I am hoping to blog 3 times a week starting in the new year, but I am sure some weeks that won't happen.  I have learned over the past couple months, that saying no is OK, and that myself and my family always will come first.

I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas, and before I sign off on this short little post, I just have to share this sweet picture.....

Meet Bella....our sweet new Yorkie pup...she was my Christmas gift this year and we are all pretty much in love with her!

Friday Favorites

Hello there friends!

We have had lots going on over the last few weeks, so blogging once again took a back seat to life!  Hoping to be back on track and keep up with blogging at least 3 times per week!

Before I share my favorites this week, I just want to thank everyone who reached out to check on us as this hurricane is getting ready to hit Florida.  Thankfully, we are not in it's direct path, and I am so thankful for this.  We are praying hard for everyone who will be directly affected, and for all those who had to evacuate their homes.  Stay safe friends!

ONE

It's no secret I love all things comfy, and I am a big fan of slippers.  I had a few pair of UGG slippers that I have tried and wound up returning because they were just too warm for me.  Then I stumbled across these awesome little flip flop slippers...and I LOVE THEM.  I had originally ordered them in the cream color, but quickly realized they would probably look "dirty" quick, so I exchanged them for these grey ones, and I love them.  They are so comfy, have a rubber sole so I can walk to the mailbox in them or take the dog out, and they are the perfect slipper for a warmer climate! 

TWO

We were at Target last weekend, and I saw these adorable little nail polish pajamas and instantly fell in love.  They didn't come home with me, but I see a trip back in the near future to snag them.  How cute would these be to give your nail girl for the holidays!  If you are looking for some super soft, super cute, super inexpensive jammies, you can snag them here .

THREE

I snagged this awesome little Apple watch charger from Amazon and am LOVING it.  If you are looking for a charger to put on your nightstand for your watch, you should definitely check this out!

FOUR

Back in May, I traded in our Keurig for a regular coffee pot, and well it didn't take long for me to really miss my Keurig.  What I didn't love about the traditional coffee pot was I felt like I was wasting a lot of coffee.  We all wake up at different times, so by the time Mark and Harrison would leave for work, the coffee just wasn't fresh for them anymore, since I am up at 5:15.  I went to Target and was loving all the fun colors they have, a cute coffee pot is definitely a favorite for me!

I know I am not alone when I say this show is my FAVORITE!!!  We are hooked over here!

SIX

A few weeks ago AJ came home telling me all about this bracelet, up until then I never even heard of it, but as soon as I looked it up and what the meaning was I knew I needed one.  I absolutely LOVE it, and it's definitely a favorite of mine!  I sent one to a friend who was going through a very "low" life moment, and I just ordered the Breast Cancer one to send to my Aunt who is battling Breast Cancer for the third time.  If you are looking for a great gift, with meaning, I would highly recommend this bracelet.  I pretty much wear mine every single day!

So those are my favorites this week!  We have no real plans this weekend and that is fine by me!  We have been so crazy busy lately, that I am looking forward to doing a bunch of nothing other than hanging with my people, watching football this weekend!  Thanks so much for stopping by today, hope you all have a great weekend and I will see you back here next week!

Friday Favorites

ONE

Last Friday, it was cold and rainy here...it was the perfect day to have my first PSL of the season...it did not disappoint!  Fall and pretty much pumpkin everything is my favorite!

TWO

My mom came into town last week, and I was super excited to see her...we all were!  We had not seen her since January...so it was LONG overdue!  She arrived Thursday, and then Friday when Mark and Harrison got home from work we headed to the beach to enjoy the long holiday weekend!  the weather was absolutely PERFECT....thank you Hermine!  We got ZERO rain while we were there, but the temps were definitely cooler than usual....AMEN!!!

Over Memorial Day weekend, Mark and I went to this same resort, and we LOVED it so much we decided we needed to go again, and it did not disappoint!

We had the BEST time.  We did nothing other than swim and relax and it was perfect.  It was so nice to have us all together!  The little kids loved the endless snowcones served poolside, and we all loved the popcorn and smores each night while watching a movie!  It was the perfect little family getaway and I am so glad my mom was able to be with us!

THREE

I have mentioned A LOT about the sweet bond that Mark and Olivia have.  She was not even two years old when Mark came into our life, so she has pretty much grown up with him as her "dad".  These two ADORE each other...and they are always close by each other.  It really does melt my heart seeing them together.  We are so lucky that he is ours!

FOUR

I love a neutral nail....and I prefer it to be more white than pink...and I have discovered my new favorite polish.  It's CND Shellac, and the color is Studio White...if you are looking for the perfect white polish, you can find it here .

FIVE

I don't wear lipstick, but love lipgloss..but don't like a super sticky, gooey lipgloss!  My new favorite, is this one...and the color I am loving is Turkish Delight (thank you Heather).  If you are looking for an awesome gloss, check this one out!  I really do love it...but why does a little tube of lipgloss need to cost $26?!?!?!

SIX

My favorite favorite for sure was FINALLY being able to wear my Panther's shirt yesterday...the official start of the season, Panthers playing and getting to wear my cute shirt ......FAVORITE!
