Weekend Wrap-Up....Wednesday Edition

Happy Hump Day Ladies!  Hope you are all having a fantastic week so far!

We are into our second week of school over here, and slowly but surely everyone is adjusting to the new routines and each day is getting a bit easier for everyone!  Some nights and mornings are still rough with Olivia, but I am sticking to my guns and hopefully sooner rather than later, she will see she isn't winning!

We had a fairly low key weekend over here and it was pretty nice!  AJ had a little 6th grade dance Friday after school, then Harrison took him and Jack to the local high school football game.  We stayed home and just hung with Olivia and it was nice!

I was scrolling through Instagram and saw this...I seriously need this in my house!  Why why why is it that no one can do this!!!!  LOL!

Saturday morning we had Jamboree for AJ's football league...we love football season and I am so excited to watch my boy out there tearing up the field this year!

There was a mix up in the jerseys this year and AJ will be wearing #8...it is so weird to not see him in #2...it's going to take some getting used to!  He is such a little stud!

Olivia making friends on the sidelines!

She really wasn't feeling a picture!

For the 3rd year now, Harrison is coaching AJ's team...I cannot tell you how proud I am of Harrison.  He is so good with the young kids, they really look up to him, and as a mom, it truly makes my heart so happy to see the interest he takes in his little brothers.  Even with a rather large age difference, the bond my 3 boys have is just amazing!

After football we took Olivia to lunch and out to get some new sneakers.  We love getting to spend one on one time with her...she is such a funny little girl...she makes us laugh all the time!

She LOVES her new sneaks!!!

After shopping and lunch we came home and just hung out the rest of the day, while the kids played outside with friends!

My neighbor sent me this picture...I love that my boys are totally OK with playing two 7 year olds...they are such nice little boys!

Super cute kiddos!!!

Sunday morning we slept in, late, and it was awesome!  Other than running to the grocery store, we did pretty much nothing and it was perfect!  We ate dinner early, got the kids showered and ready for bed and just relaxed!

The Shopkins obsession is still in full force around here, and Olivia thought this candle holder needed some decorating!  #shopkinseverywhere

It was nice to not have a jam packed weekend and just relax and enjoy being together!  We are very much looking forward to this weekend...I mean who doesn't love a long holiday weekend!  Friday night we are headed to go see Jason Aldean, and I can't wait, and we are looking forward to spending the rest of the weekend just hanging out with the kids!

  1. That's so nice that Harrison coaches your younger son's football team! What a great big brother! My roommate is going to the Jason Aldean concert this weekend--small world!
