Happy Thursday Ladies!
Again I want to thank everyone who has reached out to me over the last few days...sometimes this little blog sure can get out of control! Our week has gotten much better, however we are definitely looking forward to the weekend! Mark is working Saturday and the kids and I are going to spend the day Saturday organizing and cleaning up! We are all so excited that my mom and Harrison are coming to town next weekend! We have lots of fun things planned, I cannot wait to see them!
I thought I would keep todays post "light" and talk about some of our favorite TV shows! During December we pretty much only watched Christmas movies on Hallmark, and though I do miss those movies, I am loving getting back into watching "our shows"!
We LOVE Two Broke Girls , it is so funny, a little edgy, but so darn funny! If you guys haven't ever watched it, you should definitely check it out. It comes on Wednesday nights at 8:00!
Right after we watch Two Broke Girls, we watch Mike & Molly , we just started watching it this year, and it's another one we just love. Light and funny!
NCIS: New Orleans is definitely my favorite of all the NCIS shows, Mark loves the original NCIS and watches it every week!
Mark has always loved Gold Rush and last season I really started getting into it myself! I am always pulling for Parker!
So those are our favorite shows we are watching right now! We have Netflix, the kids use it all the time, I have no clue how to use it or how to watch shows on our TV with Netflix, so if you guys use it, please tell me how! I have been hearing so much about Making A Murderer, and I am thinking we are going to watch that! Have any of you guys watched it...thoughts??? Let me know if you guys have any favorite shows that you think we should be watching too!
Be sure to check back tomorrow for Friday Favorites!
Making a Murderer will make you want to throw things at the TV! It's pretty crazy. Worth watching even though it's a bit slow at times. It's only ten episodes so easy to get thru in a few weekends. I like Blue Bloods too - been watching that on Netflix and I am dvr'ing the current season to watch after. Give that one a try.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as the kids show us how to do Netflix we are watching it
DeleteGirl, there are SO many great Netflix shows! House of Cards, Narcos and Bloodline (a little slow in the middle, but set in the Keys so that kept me into it. I loved recognizing places in the background!) just to name a few. You've gotta get on your Netflix ASAP!
ReplyDeleteI told jack this morning that this weekend he has to show us how to do it lol
DeleteMaking a murderer is my jam!!! You have to watch it!!
ReplyDeleteI know !!!
DeleteI'm almost finished with making a murderer! Get to Episode 3 or 4 and you will be hooked!
ReplyDeleteEveryone is talking about it. I can't wait to watch it
DeleteI have no idea how to use Netflix either - I have to rely on my (little) kids to do it for me!! It can't be that hard but I hate learning new techy-ish things.
ReplyDeleteI told Jack this morning that this weekend he has to show us how to use it lol
DeleteAnd forgot to mention, my husband and I love watching any Morgan Spurlock documentaries on Netflix.
ReplyDeleteWe will have to check that out. Thanks
DeleteDo you have Netflix?
ReplyDeleteYes we do but I don't have a clue how to watch it on my television. My kids use it all the time. I told Jack this weekend he has to show us how to use it! Have a great day!
DeleteHappy Thursday Kimm! My fave TV shows are the NCIS series (all 3 of them!), CSI Cyber, Hawaii Five 0, Scorpion, Major Crimes, Rizzoli & Isles. Was watching Criminal Minds for a long time, but dropped that - maybe in summer reruns. I'm now getting into Quantico; I've found I have to concentrate while watching this show as it jumps from past to present a lot. Hmmm, lots of crime and drama shows.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Grey's Anatomy and Friends - I've seen every episode of both and I believe both are on Netflix! I also find myself watching a lot of reality TV for some reason! I could also watch pretty much anything on HGTV or the Science Channel (especially How It's Made) and be happy!
ReplyDeleteHow to Get Away with Murder, Scandal and Grey's anatomy are my 3 go to shows each week. I dvr them and watch them during his nap on Friday's.
ReplyDeleteI can get to Netflix on our tv but to tell you how to do it? No way. LOL I did get an APPLE tv for christmas, and was able to hook it up BY MYSELF for over here at the beach house! GO ME! LOL....its the little things. .......so now I can watch Netflix when I am here by myself .......and I definitely want to start watching Making of a Murderer. I am seeing posts ALL OVER Facebook about it!
