Friday Favorites

Happy Friday Girls!!!

This is our last week of school, today is our last day until January 5, and we are pretty excited about that.  Both Olivia and AJ had their holiday parties this week.  On Wednesday it was Olivia's.  She always gets so excited when she knows mommy is coming to school!  We still struggle almost every morning about school, so the days that I can send her off happy just make me happy!

I just love this girl and her sweet smile.  

She LOVES to make crafts, so she was having the best time during her party.  And I am loving the toothless grin.

Snack time!!!

They are having Polar Express Day on Friday, and she already told me it is going to be her favorite because she gets to wear pajamas to school...yup she is so my daughter!!!

On Thursday I got to head back to the school for AJ's class party.  He is in 5th grade, but he is such a sweet boy, and he still loves having his mom around!!  This year the teachers decided that instead of doing a craft, they students would make blankets and donate them along with books, to a local women's shelter.  I really love that they did this, such an important lesson for our kiddos, especially this time of year.  AJ was really excited about this!

Last weekend my hubby was out of town, and the kids and I made cookies, it was the pre-made sugar cookie dough, like zero effort, but the kids had the BEST time putting the slices on the cookie sheet and icing the cookies.  These simple times are always favorites of mine!

They were DELICIOUS!!!

So I was going through my pictures the other day on my phone, and it appears my oldest son Harrison got a hold of my phone and snapped approximately 345 "selfies".....

There are TONS more just like this on my phone!  He is such a great kid, and all these selfies of my grown up boy are definitely a favorite of mine this week.
